"I can't tell you how happy I am with EPI's ISO program. I started small and was using a competitor that offered free terminals and bonuses. [Everyone else] all offer the same programs. So we tried EPI - a few deals and we knew that the payouts were better. They split everything - no fixed fees, no annual fees. I didn't have to sign merchants with a [monthly] minimum or high rate. We do a lot of [Interchange] plus and we still get to benefit from free terminals. No other program has that."

(EPI) Electronic Payments, Inc. is a privately held payment and transaction processing company founded in 1998. Through our processing networks of Paymentech, Omaha, Vital, Concord/Buypass, North and Nashville, we are able to process Visa®, MasterCard®, card brands, in addition to American Express®, Discover Network®, Diner's Club®, JCB®, Voyager®, Wright Express®, EBT (State and Government Electronic Benefits), and ATM/Debit transactions for businesses nationwide. Currently EPI serves businesses in all industry types and acquires new businesses through a network of agent banks, sales agents, and independent sales offices (ISOs).

Electronic Payments is one of the few payment processors or merchant acquirers with a unique BIN/ICA relationship and we have the ability to place front-end transaction business onto 6 different front-end networks. We are also a full liability acquirer which enables us to make our own approval decisions regarding the new merchants we underwrite as well as the ongoing risk management we perform on our portfolio. In choosing a payment processing partner, it is essential to select one that has the ability to be agile as well as stable. EPI has been a full liability acquirer since 2002.

EPI's in-house approach to the entire merchant service process is our trademark. As such, our commitment to merchant customer service and support is paramount, leading to our industry-low <5.00% merchant attrition rate. We are one of the few payment processors today that offer a dedicated 24/7 help desk staffed by EPI employees and not sub-contracted out to a third-party vendor as others do. Our knowledgeable and dedicated customer service and technical support staff can handle any merchant inquiry quickly and effectively. By committing our resources to develop a high-level customer service and tech support team, we are ensuring your continued success in bringing on new merchants rather than worrying about losing merchants you already boarded.

EPI is also a leader in developing the technologies that drive our industry. We allow our bank and ISO organizations to login to our online support center (ISOinterface.NET) to view their accounts, terminal programming information, transactional detail, statements, merchant information, and monthly residual reporting.

But we don't leave our merchants empty-handed either. We provide them with the most robust and feature-rich online reporting available today, complete with real-time access to their batch and deposit information, statements, chargeback reporting, transaction data and a historical list of all transactions going back as long as they are a customer of EPI. Merchant are able to login to www.MerchantSupportCenter.com (www.merchantsupportcenter.com) for more information.

EPI has also developed the first online merchant application with sign-on-screen capability - bankcardAPP.NET - a fully customizable online application for direct-to-merchant as well as ISO/MLS-to-merchant sales. It enables banks, associations, and our ISO and MLS partners to visit a merchant, sign up their bankcard processing contract, and install a terminal (preferably a Nurit 8400 FREE Terminal) in minutes. For more information, read the GreenSheet article here.

Additionally, Electronic Payments provides gift and value card services, check conversion and RCK, and custom IT services for merchants needing online e-commerce processing with Enhanced Chargeback Management (ECM). Our mission remains to provide the strongest suite of payment processing solutions to our clients.

The management team of EPI also has years of industry experience. The CEO, Michael Nardy was selected in September 2005 as an Industry Leader by the merchant services industry publication The GreenSheet, something only 28 others had been honored with at that point.

Electronic Payments does business in the United States and maintains its principle place of business in Calverton, Long Island, New York.
