EMS, our Electronic Merchant Support web portal, allows merchants to update their information quickly and easily, from banking info to their new mailing address. EMS gives them access.

Merchants can now read their merchant statements before they arrive in the mail. EMS also archives all their statements forever and they are available at the touch of a button in PDF format.

Merchants can now download support tools and QRGs for their POS (Point of Sale) equipment to help them in a pinch without worrying about not being able to understand how to use their terminal when that crucial transaction has to be processed.

We make it easy to allow merchants to respond to Chargeback and Retrieval requests at the touch of a button. Simply state your case, upload the proper documentation, and you're good to go. The EMS web portal makes responding to customer-initiated chargebacks easy and conflict free.


Knowledge and Tools
The company's CEO, Michael Nardy, was selected in September 2005 as an Industry Leader by The Green Sheet magazine; in addition to being selected for this honor (the GreenSheet had recognized just 28 industry veterans up to that point) he was the second youngest person to be given that honor.
